Growing up - we were conditioned to believe that the more we did and the better we did the more value and worth we provided to the world.
As adults that means over scheduling and saying yes to everything and running from school to dance and soccer to have a late dinner and try to sneak in a bath once a week and do it all again the next day. Weekends are spent moving from the farmers market to music class to birthday parties with little downtime in between.
And all of this is great. We get to be grateful for it.
But what happens when we never hit the off switch? Never rest. We don't know how to rest and feel guilty when we do get a chance?
Worse even, we might pack our days on purpose, afraid about what slowing down might mean. What it might mean about us.
The cost of being on this hamster wheel can look like burnout, exhaustion and yelling at our loved ones when we don't want to but can’t stop. The cost might be sleepless nights, crying in the shower at the weight of carrying it all and a never ending shame spiral that we aren't good enough.
We've been taught that if we rest that we're lazy. That being hard on ourselves is the only way forward.
These outdated ideas keep us so busy we can't think for ourselves, so scheduled we don't know what we like to do for fun and in such survival mode that we don't even know what it's all for.

I’m Caitlin & I’m a wife, mom to three young children and a coach that’s here to tell you there’s a different way forward if you’re ready.
I’ve had the privilege of working with dozens of humans like you who know there’s something bigger out there for themselves but don’t know where to start and don’t know how.
That’s why I created this program. To support you in moving from surviving your days to thriving and to do it in community with others so you don’t feel so alone.
I’m a Certified Life and Leadership Coach, Certified Functional Health Coach and Certified Personal Trainer not to mention a human just like you trying to make it all happen for myself and my family in 2025. No easy feat!
My approach in this program might be different than anything you’ve seen before because it’s built on the foundation of habit change and hope with a paradigm shift I call ReRooted.
The ReRooted framework wasn't born from a single 'aha' moment, but rather emerged as I sat with client after client who knew what they wanted to change but felt stuck in actually making those changes stick. I noticed patterns in what worked and what didn't, and began to see that sustainable transformation requires something different than what we've been taught.
ReRooted ultimately came to me as a download after years of witnessing both the struggles and breakthroughs of people just like you - people who knew they deserved more spaciousness but couldn't figure out how to create it within our culture's relentless pace.
Unlike traditional approaches that focus solely on planning systems or mindset work, ReRooted begins with your nervous system. We start by creating safety in your body before asking you to take on new habits or make difficult decisions.
This means you'll learn simple techniques to regulate your nervous system when you feel overwhelmed - skills most of us were never taught but that change everything about how we show up in our lives.
growth isn’t linear. your journey towards it shouldn’t be either.
rooted resilience is a group coaching experience to provide mini trainings and tools to you so that you can cut through the noise of what you “should do” and experiment, explore and ultimately discover what works for you. that’s where lasting, sustainable and fun change happens. the group part means you don’t have to do this alone. ready to learn more? keep scrolling :)

we need you to take care of yourself so that we can take care of our world. here’s more details on what’s inside multifaceted:
Let’s cut to the chase on the first question you might have: How much? First, this will never be expensive because my hope is to make this accessible for as many people as possible.
Still with me? Yeah! Let’s goooo.
1 x mini lesson each month on one of the pillars of the program: energy, wellness & feminine power (delivered the first week of the month)
1 x 60 minute group coaching call (on the third Tuesday of every month)
2 x weekly accountability sessions to take action (call your reps, get in some movement, volunteer at a local non-profit, whatever. we want to take care of our world and we can start in small steps right now).
The first two lessons are about getting 20 hours+ back in your month for you every month and I offer you a new paradigm on growth. A four phased approach to support you in grounding so you can grow again.
A calendar you can add to your calendar so you know what to focus on each week, when the calls are and so you don’t have to stress (if something isn’t on my calendar, it doesn’t happen so I get it)!
Weeks to learn the content, weeks to integrate the content, and weeks to rest. I know, time to rest. Crazy cool, right?
A community to tap into, if you want. The group aspect, through the group calls and community boards, allows us to realize that whatever we’re going through, isn’t just ours and there’s nothing wrong with us. If you don’t tap into that part, that’s cool too.
Take what you like and leave what you don’t. Everything is just a tool and you get to decide what feels right to you.

here’s what I’m not going to promise:
a total transformation in a few short months if you just do the same morning routine I do. (wellness, wellbeing, tapping into our intuition, trusting ourselves, getting energy & time back in our day, it’s going to look different for everyone)
that this will be easy because change is uncomfortable sometimes (it will take time and work to be vulnerable, experiment and give yourself grace & compassion to keep trying)
that I’m going to get everything right on my end. i’ll do my best but I’m not perfect
that I know what will work for you or what you’ll like/won’t like. I’m not a guru nor do I have all the answers. just a human who has gone through some shit that wants to support others in going through some shit, too.
