phase one: rest

think winter, midnight energy, the beginning of a menstrual phase, reflection and time to receive wisdom. what’s working right now and what’s not? what is this change you want to bring about and why?

phase two: reset

think spring, morning energy full of hope for the day and hope for your change, the follicular phase, time to reclaim and define this new change and phase of your life. make sure your environment is setup to support you because you are about to bloom.

phase three: connect

think summer, midday with the sun shining bright and hot, ovulation, change doesn’t happen in a vacuum so it’s time to ask who and what can you support you in this journey and what action can you take to make it so?

phase four: act

think fall, releasing what you no longer need just like the tress, luteal energy and a turning inward, evening time and a time to actually do the thing, you’ve been preparing for three phases now and you’re ready. whatever happens next, you’ve got this.

what’s next after you do the thing? you start back at phase one, my friend. not at the beginning because you aren’t the same person you were on the last cycle.

you just begin anew with new learnings and experiences to shape you and help you grow on this next round. it’s time to ground so you can keep growing.
